Update on Service One Alliance Bank

On Tuesday 7 March Service One Alliance Bank became aware of unauthorised access to a small number of their customers’ accounts through internet banking. Fraudulent transactions were identified on a smaller subset of these accounts.

Service One has reimbursed all Members who have had money stolen.

Service One is a founding member of Alliance Bank, a social enterprise established in 2015. Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has partnered with Alliance Banks to support their members with products and services.

Service One operates on a separate core banking system to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Bendigo Bank, Adelaide Bank and Rural Bank customers are unaffected.
