Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has outlined its support for customers adversely financially affected by the latest COVID-19 restrictions. Impacted customers are encouraged to contact the Bank as soon as possible to discuss the range of support options available to them.
Marnie Baker, Managing Director, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, said, “We’ve assisted our customers throughout the pandemic and want to assure those negatively affected by the latest rounds of COVID-19 restrictions that we are ready to help.”

- Ability to apply for relief on your loan, whether that is a home loan, residential investment loan, line of credit, personal loan, business loan, personal credit card, equipment finance loan or personal overdraft
- Fees waived to restructure or consolidate loans
- Other fees waived or deferred
- No interest rate reduction for early withdrawals on term deposits
