Flexible working


At Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, we embrace inclusion and flexibility.

Everyone has different needs – children, ageing parents and caring for others, sport, study or cultural commitments, or volunteering and community involvement. For these reasons, and others too, we have many ways that enable flexible working at the Bank.

We are committed to considering flexible ways of working across our organisation. More formally, we have part time work, job sharing, working outside the office, or variable start and finish times, and leave options that include parental leave, purchase of additional leave, and career breaks – but flexibility can take a variety of other forms too.

We promote the benefits of working flexibly where business requirements allow it. We know that flexibility works, and that flexibility is better for our business, our people and our communities.
