David Foster has requested a temporary leave of absence from the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Board.

Vicki Carter has been appointed Interim Chair of the Board effective 17 April 2024.

Vicki joined the Board in September 2018 and has over 30 years' experience in financial services and telecommunications sectors.
