Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Euro Medium Term Note Program
The Prospectus has been approved by the United Kingdom Financial Services Authority (the ‘UK Listing Authority’) in its capacity as competent authority under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Notes issued under the Program for the period of 12 months from 25 September 2009, are to be admitted to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and be admitted to trading on the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange. Notes issued under the Program may be listed or unlisted.
